Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Koderitma Pre-Med (the “Service”), operated by Nihda LLC. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Educational content

The Service provides pre-medical exam preparation materials, including courses, lessons, quizzes, and progress tools. Content is for personal, non-commercial study. We do not guarantee specific test scores or admissions outcomes.

Acceptable use

• Do not share account access, scrape content, or attempt to circumvent paywalls or security.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing material.
• Do not interfere with the Service or other users’ experience.

Payments

Paid features, if offered, are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Refunds and cancellations follow the policy stated at purchase or in account settings unless required by law.

Intellectual property

The Service, including text, media, software, and branding, is owned by Nihda LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited license to access materials for your own learning while your account is in good standing.
