Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how Nihda LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Koderitma Pre-Med at premed.koderitma.com (the “Service”). The Service is a learning management platform for pre-medical exam preparation, including account registration, course enrollment, lessons, quizzes, progress tracking, certificates, messaging features, and payment processing where offered.
By using the Service, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- Account and profile information: name, email address, password (stored in hashed form), role (student, instructor, administrator), and optional profile details you provide.
- Enrollment and learning data: courses you enroll in, lesson completion, quiz attempts and scores, training plans, submissions, certificates earned, and related activity logs within the LMS.
- Communications: messages you send through the platform, support inquiries, and announcements we deliver to you.
- Payment information: if you purchase paid content, our payment processor (such as Stripe) collects billing details; we receive transaction identifiers, amounts, and enrollment status—not full card numbers stored on our servers.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages viewed, timestamps, and diagnostic logs used to secure and improve the Service.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as local storage for cookie consent preferences) to operate the Service, remember your settings, and keep you signed in. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work if essential cookies are disabled.
The table below describes the main types of cookies we use:

| Functional | Support features like staying logged in across pages and maintaining your place in the learning experience. | Application-specific session and remember-me tokens where enabled |
We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the core LMS experience. If we integrate additional analytics or payment-related cookies in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, obtain consent.
